Come dear LORD,  abide in me

Throughout all eternity

In Your house I long to be

In the place prepared for me

Write Your laws upon my heart

And help me LORD to do my part

To spread the gospel of the King

To all humanity

Come dear LORD abide with me

Restore my sight so I can see

All that you have done for me

Through Jesus Christ Your Son

Teach me of Your righteous ways

And show me where I've gone astray

Through Your holy Spirit LORD

Come dear Jesus come

Abide in me, throughout this time of trouble

Abide in me, and my family today

Abide in me, through Your holy Spirit

And deliver us from evil now I pray

Come dear Lord abide in me

Unlock these chains and set me free

From the curse of my iniquity

Deliver me today

Forgive me for the wrongs I've done

Through the blood of Your dear Son

Teach me LORD to do Your will

And help me to obey

Come dear LORD  abide in me

Until I go to sleep in Thee

Unless You come to rescue me

Before I pass away

Grant me to be with You LORD

As my undeserved reward

Until I walk in one accord

With Jesus on that day
