To God be the glory

Psalm 139: Search Me O God

Search me O God and know my heart
Try me and know my thoughts
And see if there be any wicked way in me
And lead me in Thy way that’s everlasting

You know when I sit down
And you know when I rise up
You understand my thoughts from afar
So search me and know my heart

If I take the wings of the morning
And I dwell in the deepest sea
Even there shall Your left hand lead me
And with Your right hand You shall hold me

Where shall I go from Thy Spirit LORD
Where shall I flee from Thee
For You have beset me before and behind
And laid Your hands on me

If I ascend into heaven
Or make my bed in hell
Thou art there, thou art there
So where can I hide from Thee

If I take the wings of the morning

And I dwell in the deepest sea
Even there shall Your left hand lead me

And with Your right hand You shall hold me

If I take the wings of the morning

And I dwell in the deepest sea

Even there shall Your left hand lead me

And with Your right hand You shall hold me

With Your right hand You shall hold me

Search me O God and know my heart
Try me and know my thoughts
And see if there be any wicked way in me

And lead me in Thy way that’s everlasting

Lead me in Thy way that’s everlasting

Lead me in Thy way that’s everlasting
