Freedom Reigns

Freedom reigns in every heart

Where God abides

And through His Holy Spirit

He is willing to provide

The way for us to overcome

The wages of our sin

Is through the blood of Jesus

When we put our trust in Him

Freedom reigns in every soul

Who loves the LORD

And honors His commandments

And walks in one accord

With those who have confessed their sins

And laid them all on Christ

Who nailed them to that dreadful tree

When He was sacrificed

Freedom is impossible

Without the Lamb of God

Who bore the cross on Calvary

And shed His precious blood

For only God can free us

From the wages of our sin

So that we can have eternal life

When Jesus comes again

Freedom reigns in every soul

Through Jesus Christ

Who came to set the captives free

And to pay the price

For every wrong that we have done

Through our iniquity

So that through His blood and by His grace

We can now be free

Freedom reigns in every heart

Where love resides

For God so loved the world

That He sent His Son to die

To make atonement for the sins

Of all humanity

His Father gave His only Son

To set His people free

Freedom is impossible

Without the Lamb of God

Who bore the cross on Calvary

And shed His precious blood

For only God can free us

From the wages of our sin

So that we can have eternal life

When Jesus comes again

We can have eternal life

When Jesus comes gain
