Learn From The Children

For the young baby boy born today

What will the future hold for him

Will he grow to be strong

Will he know right from wrong

Grow love in his heart and faith in his soul

What will the future hold for her

Will she live to enjoy the true love of a man

Have babes of her own, help them understand

For the young baby girl born today

The children show no hate, and before it's too late

We must learn from the children, learn from the children

While the children are still free, from the sins of you and me

For the young babies born yesterday,

We have lived our lives so carelessly

There is greed in our souls, and our hearts have turned cold

We must swallow our pride, if we are to survive

For the young babies born yesterday

When the time arrives for us all

Will there be love in our hearts, and faith in our souls

And peace in the minds, of both young and old

For the young babies born yesterday

At the same time came the disciples unto Jesus, saying, "Who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?" And Jesus called a little child unto Him, and sat him in the midst of them, and said, "Verily
I say unto you, except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven.

Whosoever therefore, shall humble himself, like this little child

The same is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven. And who so

shall receive one such little child in My name, receiveth Me. Take

heed that ye despise not one of these little ones. For I say unto you, that in heaven their angels do always behold the face of My Father,
which is in heaven.  ~ Matthew 18:1-5 & 10 ~
