LORD I Come

LORD I come, to worship You today

In the beauty of Your holiness

Hear me now I pray

Take my heart, and make it pure

And make me wholly Thine

And let me be a light for Thee

And let my lighthouse shine

LORD I come, just as I am today

So unworthy to be here LORD

For I know I've gone astray

From all that You command

That You would have me do

I try my best, but fail the test

That's why I come to You

In my heart, I know I'm guilty

And I do deserve to die

But Your love for me chose Calvary

And I know that is why

You bore the cross, and paid the cost

Of my iniquity

When you offered up Your only Son

For sinners such as me

LORD I come, just as I am today

So willing to confess my sins

And forsake them now I pray

Give me strength to overcome

Through the blood of Your dear Son

And by Your grace, You will erase

Every wrong that I have done

LORD I come, please take me as I am

And wash away my sinfulness

In the blood of Your dear Lamb

Who bled and died for me

So that I can be set free

From the curse of sin that dwells within

He gave his life for me

In my heart, I know I'm guilty

And I do deserve to die

But Your love for me, chose Calvary
